Activities and accommodation are located in Ron Eydt Village in the University of Waterloo. A limited number of four-bedroom suites will be available at the MacKenzie King Village, a five-minute walk from Ron Eydt Village. We are dancing in the Great Hall of the Ron Eydt Village, which has a wooden floor to dance on.

The University is in the heart of Mennonite country in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada, close to the famous Kitchener Farmer`s market. It is approximately 100 km west of Toronto. For more information about the University and the facilities you can go to the website at:

How To Get There:

Whether coming from the east or west, follow Highway 401 to Kitchener. Exit at Highway 8 West (Exit 278). Follow 8 West to to 7 East
to 85 North (Conestoga Parkway.) Follow Highway 85 North to University Avenue West. Continue west along University Avenue until you get to the University of Waterloo. Turn right through the main entrance, then keep left. Follow this road to signs indicating “Residences – Ron Eydt Village” and “Ontario Folk Dance Camp.”

Alternate Route:

Follow the above route until you get to Highway 85 North. Take the King Street exit (the next one after University Avenue) and
turn left onto King Street. When you reach Columbia Street turn right. Continue on Columbia and at the second entrance to the University turn left. There is a sign marked “Residences.” Turn right at the end of the entrance, and signs to “Residences – Ron Eydt Village” and “Ontario Folk Dance Camp” will be posted.
